Are Our Dead Loved Ones In Heaven Now?

09/27/2021

These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. Hebrews 11:13

And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect. Hebrews 11:39-40

And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them. Revelation 14:13

What do all the above Scriptures show

  • The righteous dead are not in spirit form in heaven
  • They died in faith looking for a promise
  • All Of Us will receive the promise together

Notice what Paul says:

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

1Thessalonians 4:16-18

So let us see what happens:

  • The Lord returns
  • He gives the trumpet-like call to the dead
  • They arise from the grave
  • They All Go To Heaven TOGETHER

If the righteous are in heaven now, why would Jesus come again to receive them to Himself? John 14:3: " And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

Wouldn't it be more logical, that He waits in heaven, because:

  • The righteous dead will go there at death
  • The Righteous Living Go there at the rapture

The truth is; many are teaching this, to cover up lie, after lie...going back to the first lie: "ye shall not surely die!"

If anyone is qualified to tell us where our dead loved ones are...it is Jesus...so where does He say they are?:

Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; John 5:28-29
